Michigan, Florida win the Big Ten East title

Michigan has clinched the Big 12 East, after a wild final two games.

The Wolverines (26-8) beat Indiana (21-14) 77-73 in the first game.

The teams met in the last game, with the Wolverines getting their second win over a top-25 team, but Indiana ended up winning in double overtime, 92-88.

The Hoosiers got their third win over Michigan in three games, beating Indiana 91-90 on Monday.

Michigan has won six straight in the conference, including two straight over Ohio State.

Indiana will play the Buckeyes in Indianapolis, Indiana, next Saturday.

Michigan is looking to bounce back after a 7-4 start to the season.

The Wolverines have won five straight over the Buckeye State and two of those were by an average of 19.7 points per game.

Michigan’s season is coming off a blowout loss at home to Oklahoma State on Saturday, where the Wolverids were outscored 42-21.

The winless Big Ten had its best start since 2012.

Michigan has won four of its last five against the Sooners.

The Hoosier State is coming into the season ranked 24th in the nation, but Michigan is playing its second consecutive Big Ten title game, coming off the loss to Ohio State, where they were outrebounded 32-12.

Indiana (12-14, 5-12) lost to Louisville, 78-63, on Monday, its fourth straight defeat.

Indiana has lost four of five, with three of those defeats coming in the regular season.

The Pacers (12, 10) have lost five straight, with a total of 35 points.

The loss to Louisville was their ninth straight defeat, with their only win coming over the Cardinals last season.

They’re still just one win away from their second consecutive loss, with Indiana holding a three-game lead in the East.

The Indiana roster has been a mess.

They’ve had three different players start and three different starters leave the team.

Indiana had five players miss more than three games last season and just one started in the 2016-17 season.

If they can figure out how to find consistency and chemistry, they could make a run.
